Built for teams that can't afford to slow down on content
AutoPublish started because we were running a digital marketing agency ourselves — and we kept hitting the same wall: clients needed consistent SEO content to rank, but writing 40 posts a month across 10 clients was killing our team.
We tried every content tool on the market. They were either too slow, too expensive, too generic, or required so much human editing we might as well have written everything manually. The ones that did publish to WordPress still needed constant babysitting — credentials that broke, images that didn't attach, SEO fields always blank. Nothing ran end-to-end without us.
So we built AutoPublish. A system that takes a topic and keyword, researches what's already ranking, writes a properly structured SEO article, adds a featured image, inserts internal links, and publishes directly to your CMS — in under 8 minutes, automatically.
We now support publishing to WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, HubSpot, Notion, Google Docs, Airtable, and custom export — because modern teams use different platforms, and you shouldn't have to change your stack to automate your content.
We've helped 140+ agencies, startups, and businesses automate their content operations. Combined, our users have published over 12,000 articles and are generating millions of monthly organic visits.
Content shouldn't be a bottleneck. Every business deserves consistent, high-quality SEO content — regardless of team size or budget.
AutoPublish exists to give small teams the content output of a 10-person content operation — at a fraction of the cost. We believe the future of content marketing is AI-assisted, platform-agnostic, and fully automated.
How we got here
The problem became undeniable
Running a digital marketing agency, we were spending 30–40 hours a month just on content — writing, briefing, editing, uploading. We tried every AI tool and none solved the full pipeline. Most stopped at text generation and left all the publishing work to us.
We built the first version for ourselves
We built an internal tool that took a keyword and published a complete SEO article to WordPress — researched, written, image-sourced, SEO-scored, and uploaded — in under 8 minutes. We used it on our own agency clients for 3 months before telling anyone.
Opened to early users
Other agency owners asked to use it. Within 60 days we had 50 users publishing content across 200+ sites. The demand signal was clear: there was a real market for a tool that handled the entire pipeline, not just the writing.
Multi-platform, multi-market expansion
Added Ghost, Shopify, HubSpot, Notion, and Airtable publishing. Launched location pages, topic clusters, internal linking, BYOK, and Research Intelligence. Now serving 140+ agencies and businesses across 340+ connected sites.
The window for AI-native content automation is open — and narrowing.
Foundation model quality crossed a threshold in 2024 that made AI-generated content genuinely good enough to rank and convert. At the same time, multi-platform publishing APIs matured across WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, HubSpot, and Notion — making end-to-end automation possible for the first time. Companies that build topical authority with AI now will have a compounding SEO advantage that's extremely hard for late movers to close. We built AutoPublish to capture that window.
What customers say
“We went from 4 posts a month to 40, without adding a single person to the team. Our organic traffic is up 3× in 90 days.”
“I publish 50 location pages for plumbing clients in one session. It used to take my team two weeks. Now it's a Saturday morning.”
“At $9/month we're getting content that competes with posts we used to pay $200 each for. The math is just absurd.”
What we believe
Speed matters
An article published in 8 minutes beats one "perfect" article still in a Google Doc next month. Execution velocity is a competitive moat.
Quality without compromise
Speed and quality aren't opposites. Every article we generate passes a 14-signal SEO quality gate before it touches your site.
Platform agnostic
WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, HubSpot — your audience lives somewhere. AutoPublish meets them there, wherever that is.
