Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind AutoPublish. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription period, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

The 14 calendar days begin at the moment your first paid charge is processed (timestamp in UTC). For example, if your first charge completes at 14:00 UTC on April 1, the refund window closes at 14:00 UTC on April 15.

1. Free Tier

All new AutoPublish accounts include 3 free credits. No credit card is required. Free credits let you publish up to 3 articles before subscribing.

You are never charged until you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your AutoPublish subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to AutoPublish until that date.
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period beyond the 14-day guarantee window, except where required by applicable law.
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; annual subscriptions are billed once per year.

3. When Refunds Are Issued

We issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: Full refund of your first payment if requested within 14 days of being charged.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Significant service outage: If AutoPublish experiences a verified outage of more than 72 consecutive hours that prevents you from using the service, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
  • Required by law: Where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund, we will comply fully.

4. When Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the first paid charge.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality after the 14-day window. We encourage you to use the full trial period to evaluate AutoPublish before subscribing.
  • Renewals where a cancellation request was not submitted before the renewal date.

5. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plans are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial charge. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term, except where required by law.

If you cancel an annual plan before it expires, your access continues until the end of the annual period you paid for.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee window:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your AutoPublish account.
  3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.
  4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor.

7. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. AutoPublish does not store your credit card details. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
