Access / Portability
Download a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable format.
Deletion / Right to be forgotten
Permanently remove your account and content. Some records may be retained where legally required (billing, tax).
Correction / Rectification
Update inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Opt-out / Restrict processing
Withdraw consent for marketing, decline non-essential cookies, or restrict use.
Object to automated decisions
Request a human review of any decision made primarily by automated processing that significantly affects you.
For requests we can't handle through the dashboard
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on the account
- Which right you want to exercise
- Any specific data or time period the request concerns
- (For non-account-holders) Enough information for us to verify your identity
We respond within 30 days as a baseline. We honor stricter local timelines where required. We may extend by 60 days for complex requests with prior notice.
No fee for the first request in any 12-month period. Manifestly excessive or repeated requests may incur a reasonable administrative fee or be refused — we'll explain why if so.
